How it begins
На самом краю села Мироносицкого, в сарае старосты Прокофия расположились на ночлег запоздавшие охотники.
At the very edge of the village of Mironositskoye, in the barn belonging to Prokofy the village elder, some hunters who had been caught out late had settled down for the night.
